Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Building Owners, Procurement and of course current and future Commissioning Providers (previously referred to as Commissioning Agents or CxAs)
The Who, What, Why, Where, When and How about Commissioning. If you are involved in the commissioning of buildings, manufacturing processes, utilities, or virtually anything complex where a 3rd party expert is warranted to validate systems function correctly, this seminar is for you.
If you are involved in the procurement of commissioning services in either the public sector or private sector and you want to be better equipped at how to solicit, procure, and evaluate commissioning providers, this seminar is for you.
If you are the recipient of commissioning services by 3rd party Commissioning Providers this seminar is for you.
If you are a Commissioning Provider or want to explore becoming a Commissioning Provider, this seminar is for you.
This seminar will not make you a Subject Matter Expert [SME] in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Controls or Building Envelope Systems. If your intent is to start a commissioning business or a commissioning division to your existing business, you already need to be a Subject Matter Expert or have access to one within your organization. What you will learn is how to parlay your expertise into a commissioning business.
You will leave the class with a thorough understanding of what commissioning is, how to solicit the services of a commissioning provider and how to compare the respondents to a commissioning Request for Proposal [RFP] or Request for Qualifications [RFQ] process. If you are a Subject Matter Expert, this seminar is designed to allow you to take your subject matter expertise and parlay it into a successful commissioning business. You will leave with all the training necessary and templates necessary to start your own commissioning business or add a division to your existing consulting or contracting business.
Class size is capped at no more than 50 attendees per seminar. Seminars may be cancelled if not enough attendees are registered 30 days prior to the start of the seminar.
The seminar is $2500 which does not include travel or hotel accommodation while attending. Breakfast and Lunch are provided each day of the two day seminar, dinner is not provided and the responsibility of the attendee.
